Feel free to take a look at the plan I initiated for the City of Attleboro, MA in which we harness the power of Solar Energy and translate it to power for the community. If implemented, this plan will create jobs, reduce our need on foreign oil, and eventually become the largest on the Eastern seaboard.
I envision a similar plan like this would be extremely beneficial in the Ninth District.
